Field-Based Sales – Orlando, FL, Celebration, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Oak Ridge
Compensation:
$80,000–$90,000 base | $115,000–$125,000 OTE

What You’ll Do: As a Healthcare Account Executive, you will be a key player in fostering relationships with case managers, social workers, and care coordinators within hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and long-term care (LTC) settings across your territory. Your focus will be driving referral generation and expanding your book of business—particularly within Orange County, FL—while consistently meeting or exceeding your sales and performance metrics. This is a highly strategic field sales role, requiring both persistence and a data-driven approach to achieve defined goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hospice, home health, or senior living markets
Established book of business within the Orlando market
Proven ability to build strong relationships with case managers, social workers, and care coordinators in hospital, SNF, and LTC environments
Demonstrated success generating referrals and meeting measurable sales goals
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with metrics and leveraging data to drive results
Nice to Have:
Experience expanding target markets and territory growth strategies
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems or CRM platforms
Other Requirements:
Reliable transportation with willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
