Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves conducting training sessions, managing sales opportunities, and providing actionable insights to improve sales processes.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and maintain relationships with clients.

Customer Service excellence and the ability to address and resolve client needs effectively.

Proven Sales experience, including meeting sales targets and identifying business opportunities.

Skills in Training and guiding team members to ensure performance improvement.

Experience in Sales Management, with the ability to strategize and lead sales initiatives.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
