A leading footwear and apparel brand is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to negotiate and manage retail real estate deals across the Midwest USA and Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of retail site selection. Performance targets include delivering over 20 net new stores annually while optimizing lease terms. This role may require around 50% travel to various retail locations.
