A leading footwear company is seeking a Real Estate Negotiator based in California. This role will focus on negotiating retail real estate deals across the Midwest USA and Western Canada, including both new stores and renewals. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Performance will be measured by the ability to deliver over 20 new retail locations annually and optimize lease terms. Salary is competitive, ranging from $190,000 to $235,000 per year.
