Pride Manchester House is seeking a Program Director to lead the overall operations of Manchester House, a psychiatric residential treatment facility serving youth with emotional and behavioral needs. This position is responsible for program leadership, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and program development while ensuring services are trauma‑informed and person‑centered.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residential program
- Supervise residential staff, housekeeping, food service, and consultants
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and safety regulations
- Manage program budget and assist with grant funding
- Coordinate admissions and referrals
- Lead program development and community collaboration
- Prepare annual program and outcome reports
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services or related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years of administrative or leadership experience in human services, education, or residential treatment
- Experience with staff supervision, budgeting, and regulatory compliance preferred
- Experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbances preferred
Work Environment
This is a residential treatment environment. Staff must be able to participate in crisis intervention and work with youth who may display aggressive or acting‑out behaviors.
