Job Summary
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for wealth management businesses
- Partner with C-suite to define KPIs and execute strategic priorities
- Develop and oversee financial models for planning, scenario analysis, capital allocation, and risk management
- Deliver executive-level reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights for senior management and the board
- Provide actionable insights on business performance, growth drivers, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and alignment
- Support M&A, integration efforts, and high-impact strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of financial planning systems, tools, and processes
Requirements
- 10+ years of FP&A experience at a wealth manager
- CPA or CFA preferred
