Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 QSR customers, driving revenue growth, and positioning the company as a preferred partner—particularly in packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, an established network within QSR brands, and a strong track record of winning and growing large-scale accounts. Prior experience in packaging (especially foodservice or QSR-related packaging) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 QSR customers
  • Identify new business opportunities, build pipeline, and close high-value deals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major QSR brands
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product and strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management within QSR or foodservice industries
  • Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 QSR customers
  • Strong understanding of QSR operations, supply chains, and vendor ecosystems
  • Prior experience in packaging, foodservice packaging, or related industries preferred
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
