
Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 QSR customers, driving revenue growth, and positioning the company as a preferred partner—particularly in packaging solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, an established network within QSR brands, and a strong track record of winning and growing large-scale accounts. Prior experience in packaging (especially foodservice or QSR-related packaging) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 QSR customers
- Identify new business opportunities, build pipeline, and close high-value deals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major QSR brands
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product and strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within QSR or foodservice industries
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 QSR customers
- Strong understanding of QSR operations, supply chains, and vendor ecosystems
- Prior experience in packaging, foodservice packaging, or related industries preferred
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
