Salary - C.135,000 USD + Bonus + Benefits
We’re partnering with a fast-growing insights agency, now hiring a Senior Client Manager to lead high-value strategic accounts and drive commercial growth.
The Role
You’ll own and grow key accounts, build senior client relationships, and deliver strategic account plans that unlock incremental revenue. You’ll maintain a strong proposal pipeline, expand clients across a suite of research solutions, ensure projects hit commercial targets, forecast accurately, and act as a trusted strategic advisor. This is a commercial leadership role with real influence on revenue and client impact.

- Proven success managing complex accounts with revenue responsibility
- Strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams
- Commercially astute, strategic, and execution‑focused
