What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Create innovative and thought-provoking insights content for clients
- Develop actionable strategies and recommendations to address client needs

- Collaborate with peers to enhance research processes and service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Deep understanding of the challenges faced by Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs)
- Extensive knowledge of employee experience and related technology landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team

- Experience leading culture and engagement projects
- Proven track record of presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
- Subject matter expertise in HR strategies and workforce innovation
