Key Responsibilities:
Architect and define systems requirements for high speed SerDes architectures.
Perform system testing and modelling infrastructure to optimize IP architectures
Design and deliver systems solutions that meet standards across the ecosystem.
Develop integrated hardware, software, and data architecture solutions that address performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design innovative enhancements for systems aligned with client and market expectations.
Maintain detailed documentation of specifications, operational methodologies, and best practices to ensure seamless system delivery and adoption.
Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex systems concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 6+ years or Master's degree with 4+ years or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience.
Experience with SerDes systems architecture definition and hardware systems and subsystems.
Experience in debugging, problem-solving and system architecture concepts.
Hands-on experience with PAM4 SerDes
1+ MATLAB and Simulink for simulation and modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with programming tools such as Python and EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre
Experience in managing large-scale systems modeling projects.
