Adecco Staffing is working with a local insurance company in Baton Rouge who is looking for an
Entry Level Business Analyst.
This is a short-term temporary opportunity expected to last through the end of the year.
Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Entry-Level Business Analyst
to join our team focused on voluntary benefits. This role will be reviewing our existing product materials and the many variations that can come with each product, based on plan levels, optional benefits and state requirements, and outlining the information into spreadsheets for a developer to then take and build customizable versions of the materials in a variable-data marketing platform.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and data related to voluntary benefits (e.g., supplemental health, dental, disability, life insurance)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, proposal teams and compliance
Transfer marketing materials content into Excel spreadsheet
Qualifications
Familiarity with voluntary benefit products and terminology or experience with claims, paying claims, reading insurance policies is a plus but not required
Strong analytical and logical skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay Details:
$34.00 per hour
