ASRC Technology Federal Solutions is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead strategic technology planning, modernization initiatives, and enterprise-wide architectural governance to align IT investments with organizational mission and business objectives. This role is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks, driving digital transformation, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting cloud, AI, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced senior technology professional with deep expertise in IT strategy, governance, enterprise data and analytics, and Federal IT compliance.
Work Arrangement - Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
Lead enterprise modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, data integration, digital transformation, and automation programs.
Architect enterprise solutions supporting data analytics, business intelligence, and decision-support platforms.
Promote and support IT governance activities including FITARA, CPIC, TBM, FISMA compliance, and strategic IT portfolio management.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate mission and operational needs into integrated architectural solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data strategies including data collection, integration, reporting, and analysis.
Develop intelligent automation solutions leveraging AI/ML, LLMs, low-code platforms, and workflow orchestration tools.
Facilitate Agile methodologies and ensure alignment between project execution, enterprise governance, and technology strategy.
Oversee solution architectures for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), enterprise reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy), and enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Power Platform).
Provide executive-level insights through dashboards, analytics products, and enterprise performance reporting.
Guide process optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, system integration, and improved decision intelligence.
Requirements
Proven senior-level experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, IT strategy, or related technical leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise with enterprise architecture frameworks such as FEAF and TOGAF.
Thorough understanding of Federal IT governance processes, including FITARA, TBM, CPIC, and FISMA.
Hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS and Azure) a plus.
Proficiency with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience architecting solutions involving AI, LLMs, automation tools, and workflows (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Python, ServiceNow).
Confirmed understanding of Agile, SAFe, and modern IT delivery methodologies.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with executives, technical staff, and stakeholders.
Broad technical background in software engineering, system integration, and data architecture across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, SQL, REST, analytics platforms).
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TBM Executive certification) are a plus.
