Your Role:
As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will:

• Concept to Completion: Develop creative designs from initial concept to execution, ensuring high-quality results on time.
• Static & Motion Design: Create striking static graphics and engaging motion animations for a variety of digital and print media.
• Brand Translation: Transform brand guidelines into cohesive and compelling creative, while knowing how to innovate within those frameworks.
• Adaptability: Quickly adapt your designs for various formats and platforms, keeping brand consistency intact.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into your creative work.

Collaboration:
You will work closely with teams across marketing, culinary, and operations to ensure our creative vision comes to life. Your ability to take direction and incorporate feedback will be key to your success in this role.

To Be Successful, You Should Have:

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects.
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and brand systems.
• Experience designing for social media, digital ads, and in-store environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with restaurants, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus. Familiarity with Premiere Pro and/or Figma would be advantageous.
