Body Shop Estimator
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles. This role requires strong knowledge of automotive repair and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed Prepare accurate estimates for repair costs, including labor, parts, and materials Communicate with customers regarding the estimated costs and repair timelines Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs Maintain accurate records of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions Requirements: 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar Auto Estimating software Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess damages and efficiently write estimates and supplements, when needed Proficient in using computerized estimating systems Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service Valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy If you are a skilled Body Shop Estimator looking for a challenging role in a reputable automotive repair shop, we encourage you to apply.
