Fulfillment Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment? Do you enjoy supporting operational workflows and contributing to high-quality service delivery? We are seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Operations team and support the preparation, testing, and fulfillment of equipment and materials used in clinical research. As a full-time Fulfillment Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment is inspected, packaged, and shipped according to established procedures and quality standards. This role supports the day-to-day execution of fulfillment activities that enable timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. What will you do? Perform required equipment tests, checks, and validations, and document results accurately. Compile and prepare study materials for clinical research projects. Package, label, and prepare equipment for shipment in alignment with internal procedures. Complete order picking, equipment handling, and inventory-related tasks as assigned. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance. (US only) Prepare domestic shipments and coordinate with shipping providers. Perform other operational duties as assigned and deemed necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or vocational education equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational, warehouse, or fulfillment environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined procedures and work instructions. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy and reliability in daily tasks. Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives.
