Call Center Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Deliver excellent customer service to customers via phone and email. Business professional delivery of all communications, verbal and written. Provide quotes and accurate product information to customer inquiries. Accurately process inquiries and product orders via computer systems. Call Center Representative Qualifications: Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus. Must type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy Must have basic computer knowledge and use it effectively (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Solutions oriented with strong, creative critical-thinking skills. Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, make logical decisions, and set priorities. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
