We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Parts and Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate support for their parts and service needs. Parts and Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts and service needs Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and ordering Respond to service-related inquiries and schedule technician appointments Input and maintain all service calls within SAP/service module Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using SAP/service module Collaborate with internal departments (Sales department, Tech support, Finance department, Procurement, and Warehouse operation) to ensure smooth service delivery Provide product and service information with professionalism and clarity Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and long-term relationships Parts and Service Representative Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with customer service, inventory and order management systems Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
