Medical Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm) Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. Answer questions about products and services. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Provide support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth customer experience. Communicate effectively with various health care insurance providers. Medical Customer Service Representative Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year administrative, receptionist or front desk experience required. Medical terminology or health insurance processing preferred. Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on care and service. Team player who enjoys working in a supportive, positive environment.
