Fraud Intake Specialist

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll help protect members by handling fraud-related inquiries, resolving alerts, and supporting claims with accuracy and care. You'll work closely with internal teams to investigate issues, minimize fraud risk, and deliver an exceptional member experience. Fraud Intake Specialist Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm) - Handle inbound calls and chats from members and internal partners regarding suspected fraud, declined transactions, and disputes - Follow established scripts and decision trees to ensure accurate and consistent handling of cases - Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining efficiency and quality - Submit UAR/SAR referrals when necessary, in accordance with compliance guidelines - Provide excellent customer service with a high level of accuracy, empathy, and professionalism - Triage and escalate complex cases to Fraud Alerts, Investigations, or Disputes teams as appropriate - Document all interactions and case details thoroughly in the CRM system Fraud Intake Specialist Qualifications: Fraud experience strongly preferred Familiarity with call center environment strongly preferred Excellent customer service skills required Ability to type well and use a computer is required Bilingual (fluent in English/Spanish) is preferred Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
