Abra Auto Body & Glass is hiring a Body Shop Glass Estimator & CSR to support our growing collision repair and auto glass operations. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working in a busy automotive environment, and are highly organized and detail-oriented, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the auto body industry. No prior auto body or glass experience? No problemwe'll train the right person with the right attitude. Your day will be a mix of customer interaction, coordination, and organization: Start your morning by reviewing the schedule and setting up the day's glass repair appointments Greet customers as they arrive and help guide them through the repair process Answer calls and assist customers with questions, quotes, and insurance claims Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs running smoothly and on time Stay on top of paperwork, payments, and data entry throughout the day Wrap up by ensuring all files are complete and the office is organized for the next day Key responsibilities include: Providing auto glass estimates for windshields, rock chips, and replacements Scheduling and coordinating daily glass repair appointments Delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone Assisting customers with insurance claims and repair processes Answering incoming calls and routing to appropriate team members Maintaining accurate data entry in dealership management systems (DMS) Tracking and managing accounts receivable and insurance payments Ensuring all repair orders and paperwork are complete and compliant Supporting front office operations and maintaining a clean, professional workspace Collaborating with technicians, estimators, and management to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications include: Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills High attention to detail and organization Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in auto body, collision repair is a plus but not necessary Benefits include: Paid vacation, holidays & personal time (work-life balance matters) Health insurance (including wellness benefits) Dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Life insurance Employee discounts on vehicles, service & parts (including immediate family) Employee assistance program through Avera Health Section 125 FLEX spending account Employee appreciation events Advancement and career growth opportunities
