As part of the Pronto team and broader Tech24 network, the customer service representative is the first point of contact for our customers and a critical part of our service operations team. This role supports technicians, dispatch, and leadership by coordinating service requests, communicating with customers, and ensuring work orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service experience while helping keep field operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Accept and Respond to Customer Service Requests
Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email, providing information and assistance with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments as needed. Transcribe Technician Work Orders
Review and refine written work orders from technicians, translating technical details into clear, easily understood work order invoices for customers. Manage Email Communications
Facilitate extensive email correspondence with both employees and customers, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications. Update and Maintain Customer Records
Document and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all interactions and service details are accurately recorded. Utilize Work Order System
Gain proficiency in our work order management system to efficiently process and track service requests. Process Payments in QuickBooks Online
Record and process customer payments in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy in billing and account updates. Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience (service industry experience preferred) Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with service software, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude The advertised pay range for this position is $19-$23 per hour.
