Entry Level Accountant
We are seeking an entry level accountant in Middlesex County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for accounts payables, accounts receivable, journal entries, and more. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Enter invoices and oversee contract billing processes. Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, and provide general ledger support to maintain financial accuracy. Assist with maintaining organized financial records and documentation. Utilize accounting software to record and organize financial data. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with accounting software. Strong knowledge of Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial tasks. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
