About Zero Gravity Basketball Zero Gravity Basketball is one of the fastest-growing grassroots basketball organizations in the country, hosting elite events and tournaments across the Northeast. Our events bring together top programs, high-level competition, and unmatched energy—and we’re looking for someone who can capture that. Position Overview We are seeking a creative, driven Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing the energy of our events through video and photo content, editing high-impact media, and managing social media posting across our platforms. If you love sports, storytelling, and creating content that gets people fired up—this is for you. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality video and photo content at events (games, warmups, behind-the-scenes, crowd reactions, etc.) Edit short-form, high-energy videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, highlights, promos) Create engaging social media posts including captions, graphics, and story content Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Work closely with the team to promote tournaments, players, and major moments Turn around content quickly—often same-day or next-day during events Help build the overall Zero Gravity brand presence online What We’re Looking For Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Strong eye for content that performs on social media Ability to capture fast-paced sports action Creative mindset with a feel for hype, energy, and storytelling Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Willingness to work weekends Passion for basketball and sports culture Bonus Skills (Not Required) Graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Experience running or growing social media accounts Photography editing (Lightroom, etc.) Understanding of trends, audio, and viral content Compensation Competitive pay (based on experience) Travel opportunities Access to high-level events and exposure within the basketball space Why Join Zero Gravity Be part of the most electric grassroots events in the region Build a portfolio with high-level sports content Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling sports brand Work in a high-energy, competitive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
