We have a position for an experienced UI Interaction Designer.
What you will be doing:
- Designing an interactive user intervace that has aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Work with the product and development teams for collaboration and agreement on the UI design
- Working in an Agile Product Oriented Delivery (POD) team
- Working as a product owner of the POD
- Leading the UI development
- Implementing best practices with React
- Looking for opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of development process through lessons learned activities.
- Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, or equivalent professional experience
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- 3+ years of experience with React development is required
- Experience with Databricks is required
- Gen AI coding tools experience is highly preferred
- Experience working in an Agile POD is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Experience in designing products where interaction, language and structure shape the experience
- Proven ability to design for complex digital products
- Experience with influencing direction and achieving clarity and agreement in ambiguous or undefined requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others through design work
- Comfort operating as a design leader without direct ownership
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Collaborative working style
