Responsibilities
- Supervise therapists and program staff
- Ensure compliance with COMAR and Medicaid regulations
- Monitor productivity and service delivery
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Qualifications
- LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, LCADC, LGADC, LMFT, or LGMFT
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Maryland OMHC requirements
