What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Create innovative insights content tailored for Retail Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs)
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client needs and barriers, driving strategic recommendations
• Research and predict market trends in Retail supply chains to provide actionable advice
• Develop and deliver high-value presentation materials for various stakeholders and events
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Deep understanding of retail supply chain domains, including demand forecasting and inventory strategy
• Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end retail supply chain strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients

• Experience leading AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives within a retail supply chain environment
• Subject matter expertise in retail supply chain trends and disruptions
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Comfort presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
• Ability to work independently while supporting team collaboration in a multicultural environment
