You will take ownership of the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and guide brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer offerings. Your mandate is clear: convert high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the trusted authority in gifted K–8 education.
There is no existing playbook to follow. You will design the funnel, establish positioning, execute experiments, and construct a dependable execution system using agencies, freelancers, and tools. You will work with autonomy and carry direct accountability for outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion rates, and CAC
- Designing and executing continuous experiments to identify and remove high-impact conversion obstacles
- Developing the annual marketing strategy for virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, segments, channel mix, budget distribution, and quantifiable objectives
- Creating a high-velocity execution system that delivers consistently through agencies, freelancers, and marketing platforms
- Collaborating closely with enrollment and school teams to convert family feedback into more precise messaging and higher-converting creative assets

- Executing awareness-only campaigns with no accountability for enrollments
- Functioning as a request-taker for ad hoc marketing activities with ambiguous ROI
- Waiting for slow approvals or navigating large bureaucratic structures to get work done
- Optimizing for vanity metrics that have no connection to enrolled families
Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities
Construct and operate a complete full-funnel growth engine that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the category-defining brand in gifted K–8 education.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience with ownership of full-funnel marketing strategy and measurable results in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
- Proven accountability for hard conversion metrics including enrollments, revenue, CAC, and conversion rates
- Strong capability in funnel analytics with a demonstrated history of diagnosing problems and prioritizing high-impact improvements
- Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the company level
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage scalable execution systems leveraging agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote position based in the United States

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
