We’re looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build meaningful relationships with top-tier creators. This position will report directly to the Social Media Director and focus solely on managing influencer partnerships and campaigns. While this is an entry-to-mid-level position, there’s opportunity for growth as Rockstar Original’s influencer program expands. WHAT YOU'LL DO Scout, vet, and recruit influencers aligned with Rockstar’s aesthetic and audience across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage influencer relationships, including onboarding, campaign coordination, and ongoing communications. Coordinate product gifting, seeding campaigns, and paid collaborations to ensure timely content delivery. Track influencer campaign performance using metrics such as engagement, conversions, affiliate sales, and ROI. Maintain accurate records of influencer contacts, contracts, codes, shipments, and content. Build long-term partnerships with top-performing creators and identify opportunities to scale relationships. Collaborate with social media, creative, e-commerce, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and conversion goals. Stay up-to-date on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform best practices to keep Rockstar ahead of the curve. WHO YOU ARE Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable negotiating contracts and deliverables. Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear. Understanding of influencer metrics and ROI tracking. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
