R14789## Job DescriptionHeritage is immediately hiring an Internet Sales Manager for our award-winning Volkswagen location.As the Internet Sales Manager, your core responsibility revolves around managing and enhancing customer inquiries to transform potential leads into showroom visitors. You will play a vital role within a vibrant team, thriving in a high-energy workplace. In this role, our Internet Sales Manager’s goal is to efficiently handle customer inquiries, guide potential customers through the sales process, and work collaboratively with the team to drive increased showroom traffic and sales success.**Target Income: $100,000****Essential Duties:**Real-Time Customer Inquiry Management:* Analyze customer inquiries promptly and provide comprehensive answers to their questions.* Present various vehicle options to potential customers.* Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email.Live Chat Engagement:* Monitor and actively engage with customers through live chat inquiries.* Lead Assignment and Sales Team Management:* Assign leads to salespeople and oversee their performance in following up with leads.* Foster relationships with customers to build rapport.Sales Team Coaching and Training:* Conduct daily one-on-one meetings with the sales team to review their portfolios.* Provide coaching, training, and counseling to enhance their sales skills.Guest Reception:* Meet with guests as they arrive to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to showroom visit.Collaborative Metrics Analysis:* Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Management team to analyze key metrics.* Focus on metrics such as Appointments Set, Show, and Close rates.* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement with the sales staff.Our Employee Advantage:We believe that taking care of employees is an important step in creating a positive workplace and a successful company.
