Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Insurance Account Manager
to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on servicing the hotel division accounts, which include a wide range of hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines (CL) insurance, exceptional client service skills, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships. Compensation Package
Salary Range : $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the hotel division accounts, focusing on hospitality clients.
Handle daily account management duties, including addressing issues raised by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and servicing client needs.
Manage the quoting process for new and renewal business.
Collaborate with Producers to ensure seamless client service (no marketing responsibilities required).
Utilize EPIC software for account management (preferred but not required).
Uphold the company’s core values and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (hospitality account experience highly preferred).
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment after completing the initial training period.
A proactive and client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
