Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of small to medium‑size commercial insurance accounts (ranging from $1,000 to $300,000). Quote new and renewal business. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries. Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Participate in a structured new hire training program, including one‑on‑one training and mentorship. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
