Commercial Insurance Agent
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Agent to join a dynamic and supportive team.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities
Service and manage existing commercial insurance accounts, focusing on contractors, beauty salons, and other small businesses.
Drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience:
Sales experience required, with the ability to demonstrate past production success.
Insurance experience preferred.
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Language Skills: Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance management systems.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
