This role is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping the vision, performance, and revenue impact of the Paid Media function within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will lead a team of senior paid media experts, own expansion and retention outcomes, and define service standards that set the department apart. The role requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, and hands‑on partnership with internal and client‑facing stakeholders. You will be accountable for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring that paid media contributes meaningfully to business outcomes. The position operates in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, offering autonomy and the opportunity to influence high‑impact decisions across a portfolio of premium clients. This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader who balances strategic vision with operational execution.

Accountabilities

Own the vision and long‑term strategy for Paid Media, translating it into actionable quarterly priorities, KPIs, and execution plans

Drive revenue growth and net revenue retention across the paid media client portfolio

Act as a strategic advisor to senior client leaders, influencing pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior paid media managers, fostering accountability, high performance, and career growth

Define and maintain service excellence, ensuring all campaigns are scalable, defensible, and deliver measurable impact

Establish operational rigor through capacity planning, P&L management, quality control, and data‑driven decision‑making

Continuously evolve paid media offerings to stay competitive and aligned with B2B SaaS client needs

Requirements

7+ years of paid media experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS marketing

4+ years of experience leading teams, including senior‑level managers or leads

Proven success managing enterprise paid media budgets ($50k+/month)

Demonstrated ability to drive expansion revenue and retention within client portfolios

Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with strong working knowledge of Meta Ads

Strong understanding of marketing attribution, pipeline influence, and revenue reporting

Experience collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing leadership

Ability to operate effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed environment

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision‑making skills
