Sales Account Executive
Location: Lind Media SW - Hillsboro, Ohio
Are you a natural relationship-builder who gets energized by closing deals and helping local businesses grow? Lind Media Company is looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Executive to join our team, with a focus on our Southern Ohio Markets. This is a full-time role, with 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days spent actively engaging clients and prospects in your territory. You'll sell strategic outdoor advertising solutions, manage client relationships, and play a direct role in helping businesses thrive. What You’ll Do
Own your territory: generate leads, make in-person and phone sales calls, and build relationships with local advertisers
Promote and sell outdoor advertising campaigns tailored to each client's goals
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Conduct territory research, marketing surveys, and site evaluations
Educate clients on outdoor advertising strategies and ROI
Manage your time efficiently between office and field work
Stay resilient, motivated, and solutions-focused—even when you hear “no”
What You Bring
A passion for sales and a genuine excitement about each win
Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation skills
Comfort with cold calling—both in person and by phone
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)
Prior sales experience (especially in media, advertising, or outdoor) preferred
A valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy
