PTO increases with tenure### ### ### **Position Responsibilities**As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting leasing activities and enhancing resident satisfaction across two premier communities. Responsibilities include:* **Leasing & Sales:** Conduct apartment tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process.* **Marketing & Outreach:** Leverage phone, digital platforms, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads.* **Lease Administration:** Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.* **Resident Engagement:** Plan and execute resident events that foster a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere.* **Technology Integration:** Utilize our SMART Office tools to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience.* **Customer Service:** Address resident inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.* **Market Awareness:** Stay informed on local market trends and competitive offerings to help position our communities effectively.* **Community Presentation:** Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the leasing office, amenities, and model units.### ### ### **Qualifications*** **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in sales, leasing, or customer service* **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required* **Availability:** Must be available to work Saturdays (communities are closed Sundays)* **Attributes:** Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service* **Team Orientation:** Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment### ### At AMLI, we don’t just offer jobs—we offer long-term career paths.
