The Account Executive, Financial Services
The Account Executive, Financial Services is a mid-level sales and account development professional responsible for driving revenue growth at The Stemmler Group. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will focus on rekindling and expanding existing client relationships across the financial services sector, including banks, insurance companies, and payments companies, while proactively prospecting for new opportunities within these verticals. Account Development and Outreach
Proactively reach out to existing and lapsed account relationships to generate sales activity and rekindle engagement. Leverage the company’s CRM platform (Zoho) daily to manage outreach cadence, track account activity, log interactions, and maintain an accurate and current pipeline. Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand the company’s footprint, including cross-selling and introducing the company’s AI-based platform. Sales Execution and Relationship Management
Meet and exceed individual revenue targets by converting outreach into qualified meetings, proposals, and closed deals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to C-level and senior executive audiences at banks, insurance companies, and payments firms. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts, demonstrating a proactive and consultative approach. Participate in regular sales meetings; provide accurate pipeline forecasts and activity updates to leadership. Champion the company’s AI-based platform offerings, staying current on product developments and effectively communicating value to prospects and clients. Collaborate with leadership to share market feedback, refine messaging, and contribute to overall sales strategy. CRM and Pipeline Management
Maintain disciplined use of Zoho CRM to log all outreach, track deal stages, and ensure account data is accurate and up to date. Use CRM insights to prioritize outreach and identify the highest‑potential opportunities for re‑engagement. How We Work

Skills and Qualifications
5–7 years of sales or account development experience, preferably within technology and/or financial services. Proventrack recordof generating revenue through relationship-based selling, ideally with banks, insurance companies, or payments firms. Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills; comfortable engaging and presenting to C-suite and senior executives. Attributes and Work Style
Hard-working and highly self‑motivated; takes initiative without waiting to be directed. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality; energized by outreach, follow‑up, and building relationships from the ground up.
