Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance problems
Maintain a strong internet connection and effectively set up a home office using company‑provided equipment
Commit to superior service and dedicate full attention to work during scheduled hours
Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and learn new information, policies, and software relevant to the petroleum industry
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to punctuality and reliability
Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office and general internet navigation
Ability to pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and a pre‑employment drug screen and background check

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
