What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients through phone and computer interactions
Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance issues in a timely manner
Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, software, and petroleum industry knowledge
Demonstrate problem‑solving skills and prioritize tasks effectively during your shift
Successfully complete training evaluations, computer skills assessments, and pass a trial service period
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service‑related experience
Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area
Ability to set up a home office with company‑provided equipment and maintain a strong internet connection
Dependable and committed to punctuality and performance excellence
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general internet navigation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Previous experience in a remote work environment
