Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering.
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges, evaluating multiple variable factors.
Assist in resolving moderately complex issues, leveraging your understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate effectively with client personnel to meet project goals and deliverables.
What's Needed?
4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software development tools.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a team environment.
