Actively engage with external networks, including investors, industry partners, federal program offices, and ecosystem stakeholders to inform advisory work and create actionable connections for clients.

Provide guidance across SBIR/STTR pathways, non‑dilutive funding strategy, IP positioning, compliance considerations, and capital readiness.

Prepare and deliver high‑quality written reports and strategic briefings that inform critical growth decisions.

Manage engagement timelines, expectations, and deliverable quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Contribute ideas to continuously improve internal tools, templates, and AI‑driven workflows.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, venture advisory, innovation programs, or technology commercialization or equivalent advanced education with 2+ years of experience

Familiarity with the U.S. SBIR/STTR ecosystem; prior TABA experience is a plus

Strong analytical capability with ability to synthesize technical and competitive information into clear commercialization strategy.

Experience working with early‑stage startups, particularly in defense, dual‑use, or energy markets.

Demonstrated ability to build and leverage professional networks across innovation, investment, or federal technology ecosystems.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently while delivering several client engagements in parallel within a structured advisory framework.

Clear enthusiasm for leveraging AI and modern research tools to increase analytical depth and delivery efficiency.

Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting technical or strategic reports.

Interest in defense and/or energy innovation ecosystems

Self‑directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced advisory environment.

Our Values:
