
Senior Director of HR

Position Responsibilities:
Lead HR strategy aligned with business goals and partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and talent initiatives
Drive organizational change, employee engagement, and culture while using HR metrics to inform decisions
Standardize HR operations including policies, hiring, onboarding, and performance management across locations
Support managers with training, employee relations, and handling complex workforce issues
Ensure efficient HR systems, compliance with employment laws, and build a scalable HR team to support growth
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience building HR structure in organizations with limited or inconsistent processes.
Experience supporting multi-location or distributed workforces.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR fundamentals.
Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
Experience in operational or frontline environments (manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, retail, etc.).
Compensation: $150k-$180k
Medical – PPO & HDHP, Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability, Life Insurance (paid by company), Voluntary Life Insurance, 401(k)
Paid PTO – 3 weeks (120 hours per year)
Paid Sick – 3 days (24 hours per year)
Paid Holiday – 6 (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
