Day to day as a Fixed Operations Director As the Fixed Operations Director at Phil Long Dealerships, you will manage the efficient and profitable operation of our service, parts, and body shop departments. You will prepare and administer an operating budget while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and manufacturer policies.
