About the Role
As an Intake Specialist, you are the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to our firm. You’ll qualify new leads, gather key information, and ensure a smooth handoff to our legal teams so clients feel supported from day one. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver outstanding legal service and live our mission of “Justice for All.” What You’ll Do
Receive and make calls to leads from various sources (phone, web, referrals). Ask a structured set of questions based on case type to determine if the lead is a good fit for the firm. Send representation forms electronically to qualified leads and follow up to secure signatures. Update our electronic case management system with detailed, accurate status notes for every lead. Mark leads as signed, record contract dates, and upload signed agreements. Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to the appropriate legal team. Maintain regular communication with referral partners and provide timely updates on lead status. Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise when connecting with leads or signing new clients.
