Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) is looking for a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Job Responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.

Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.

Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of work with the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Experience in designing, planning, and implementing applications and/or database migrations to the cloud.

5+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex and large‑scale project management.

Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.

Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.

Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.

Database experience (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).

Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).

Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Experience with AWS data/file transfer solutions including AWS Application Migration Service, AWS Database Migration Service, and/or AWS DataSync.

Salary

USA, CO, Denver – 153,600.00 – 207,800.00 USD annually

USA, MO, St. Louis – 153,600.00 – 207,800.00 USD annually

USA, VA, Herndon – 153,600.00 – 207,800.00 USD annually

Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed above. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
