Job Summary
Content Creation: Develop compelling written and visual content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, press releases, brochures, flyers, posters, digital displays, and web using Canva and Adobe.
Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials to complement marketing efforts that adhere to UK, LHC, and CPD brand standards.
Event Recaps: Write stories, cover events, take photos and videos.
Event Communication Maintenance: Distribute and remove flyers. Post and delete social media and digital displays.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Understanding design principals and at least a year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Successful candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn new software and concepts on the job. Functional knowledge of photography, and understanding of technical procedures (image manipulation, color theory, suitable file formats and color space for print, etc.).
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Understanding design principals and at least a year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Successful candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn new software and concepts on the job.
Functional knowledge of photography, and understanding of technical procedures (image manipulation, color theory, suitable file formats and color space for print, etc.).
Any majors welcomed to apply. A plus if an Honors student.
