This intern will sit close to the founders and growth team and help execute outbound campaigns, social content, and demand experiments that actually drive pipeline.

What you’ll work on
Help build and run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
Research ICPs: brands, agencies, performance marketers
Assist in list building, personalization, and message testing
Track responses, meetings booked, and learn what converts
Social & Content Support
Help turn real work (UGC, ads, wins, learnings) into LinkedIn content
Assist with founder and company social calendars
Analyze what performs and why (hooks, formats, timing)
Campaign & Ops Support
Support GTM experiments and short campaigns
Learn how AI tools and agents are used in real marketing workflows
What we’re looking for
Strong written communication (clear, concise, human)
Comfortable on LinkedIn and curious about B2B marketing
Analytical mindset (you care about results, not just likes)
Self-starter energy — you don’t wait to be told twice
Interest in startups, AI, creator economy, or performance marketing
Nice to have (not required):
Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot)
Experience creating or analyzing social content
Prior internship or project in marketing or growth
What you’ll learn
How outbound actually works at high-performing startups
How social drives inbound when done right
How AI is used in real GTM workflows (not slides)
How founders think about growth, messaging, and positioning
What success looks like
Outbound campaigns launched and iterated
Social posts published consistently with clear learnings
Meetings booked or inbound generated with your help
You understand why things worked or didn’t
