offer complimentary property inspections . You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an
Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer) —who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement. This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales. Your pay structure includes: A base salary plus unlimited commission—no cap Realistic Income Potential
