What you’ll do:
Support order processing from order to invoice using ERP/CRM systems
Coordinate product delivery with shipping/receiving and field sales teams
Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce and CSI
Assist with reporting, inventory tracking, and month-end activities
Partner with sales reps to support quotes, documentation, and account setup
What you bring:
2+ years of sales support, order entry, or client administration experience
Strong Salesforce experience (required)
Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office skills
