to join a growing global organization. This role supports a high-impact sales operations team and offers stability, structure, and long-term growth potential. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule after onboarding and strong exposure to cross-functional business operations.

What you’ll do
Support order processing from order to invoice using ERP/CRM systems
Coordinate product delivery with shipping/receiving and field sales teams
Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce and CSI
Assist with reporting, inventory tracking, and month-end activities
Partner with sales reps to support quotes, documentation, and account setup
What you bring
2+ years of sales support, order entry, or client administration experience
Strong Salesforce experience (required)
Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office skills
