What To Expect

Lead and execute the Market Access strategy for the Benelux & Nordics, driving business growth and brand success for Hologic’s products through tailored reimbursement, pricing, and access plans.

Build strong relationships with ministries, payers, HTA bodies, regulators, and scientific societies to influence policies, regulations, and market guidelines.

Shape and deliver the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) agenda, translating clinical value into compelling evidence and innovative contracting solutions.

Monitor evolving healthcare landscapes and provide strategic guidance to business units, ensuring alignment with local market realities.

Own governmental affairs and policy engagement, advocating credibly with key decision makers and mobilizing teams behind clear priorities to deliver real impact

What We Expect

Advanced degree in health sector (Pharm D, MBA, Master, PhD)

Experienced in leading strategic Market Access initiatives in Medical Device, Pharma, or Diagnostics

Deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and health economics in the EMEAC region

Proficient in health technology assessment, economic modelling, and value communication

Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and leadership skills

Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a diverse team

High integrity and commitment to compliance

Up to 40% travel required, fluctuating with business needs

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
